The Smithson Valley junior started the day by winning the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:50.75. Mayfield was seeded sixth after the preliminaries but dominated the field in the finals.
She followed with winning times in the 50 backstroke (27.05) and 200 backstroke (2:01.67).
In the boys' competition, Christian Wheeler was fourth in the 50 butterfly with a 24.37 finish.
The volleyball honors continue for the District 27-4A champion Rangers,
Allison Titzman, the league's Most Valuable Player, was named to the Coaches' Class 4A All-State team. She was also selected to the Texas Girls Coaches' Association's West All-Star and earned a spot on the Academic All-State and 27-4A teams.
Libby Defries and Jennifer Jennings were also named to the Academic All-State and All-27-4A squads.
Academic 27-4A honors also went to Allison Baker, Kyndall Carter, Pyper Dunavin, Allison Grona, Leigh Larralde, Macie McKay, Nina Mody-Bailey, Sam Olivarez, Kimmy Tovar and Meghan Uecker.
